Works fine, but when I close listen, don't go to system tray, and close completely. The checkbox of this option is marked.

Hi Mehdi! This is a wonderful program!

i've been having problems with it playing Shoutcast radio stations. It selects them alright, places them into the Now playing window but i can't hear any of the stations.

It plays local music files from my hard disk just fine.

We're using PCLinuxOS 2009 completely updated.

Have a great afternoon and thanks for all the hard work! :)

Hello Mehdi,

I have just been introduced to Listen and really like it... seems like the best player out for Linux that I can find. The only problem I'm having is that I have to reload the library every time I restart Listen. This is a big set back since I have about 16000 files in my library. Additionally, my library is mounted on /media/Music from a NAS via cifs. I am using the latest PPA release (0.6.3). Do you know how I could fix this? Thank you,

Hey,

first of all i would like to thank you for your work. Listen really is the best linux music player.

That being said, since i installed 0.6.3 (ubuntu jaunty amd64) scrobbling to last.fm isnt working. It may be a problem on my side, but it was working and it isnt. Just in case someone report the same problem... :)

Cheers :)

It's cool for the PPA and new features !
Android support is a very good idea. The G2 is Magic :-)

Thanks for making listen. I've been a Amarok user for years, but I wasn't really happy with 2.0, so I started looking for audio players again, and I found listen to satisfy pretty much everything I want: it's fast, stable, has the kind of interface I like (why all those music players without a decent playlist?), and it looks pretty while doing it. Maybe better support for compilation albums? =)

Cheers.

Hi,

Thanks for this fantastic soft.
I use listen 0.6 and I have a problem: the next (and the previous) button is ineffective... And when a song is finished, listen does not read the next in the playlist. Perhaps a bug or I made a mistake during installation?
(I have no problem with previous RC)

Thanks Mehdi. This works great. I'm using it in Openbox, with the lxpanel, and it's much prettier, and more feature-ful than the volume control that comes with it.
