"Start Minimised" Option causes weird behaviour

Description
Whe I use the Start Minimised option, and restart listen, it causes many features to not work properly. eg: -Music Library appears empty until it's refreshed manually. -Context - all boxes are empty -Lyrics - Doesn't work -Wikipedia - Doesn't work -Last.fm(And Dynamic playlist) - don't work
Pretty much all it can do is play music
