DAAP Support Out-of-the-Box

Even though Rhythmbox claims to have DAAP (network music sharing) support, in my case it doesn't work out of the box. I'm looking forward to see it "just working" in Listen.

That would really put Listen above the other music players in Linux.

i have working on it avahi service discorver done, library display of remote library done but i can finish the gstreamer part due of a bug of gstreamer python binding

bug is now correct on cvs version but i prefer wait some distribution have a newer version of python-gst to finish my work on daap

As far as I can see, Tangerine is nothing but a standalone DAAP server. If this is correct, then the daap client should have no problem connecting to it or anyother different dapp server implementation.

Yes, as a client but not as a server. I was refering to share listen's music with tangerine for a complete daap support.
