Should keep track of deleted/listened podcasts

Hi,

Right now, if I add a podcast, Listen updates/downloads from the feed automatically (nice!!).

However, if I want to save space by deleting old stuff, and then refresh the feed, Listen downloads the same files all over again! Listen should not download stuff that has been deleted already (although I guess it should keep a list of the available files, in case one wants to re-download a file).

A suggestion (taken from DemocracyPlayer?): it'd be great if Listen would keep track of what podcasts have been listened to. One listened to, the file is marked 'to expire in XX days', after which time the file is deleted (this should be optional).
